3. Personal data we process

Technical information when you visit

When your browser connects to the website, our hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver the pages and maintain the service.

Depending on the hosting configuration, server logs may include your IP address, the date and time of a request, the page or file requested, browser information, the referring page where supplied by your browser, and information about errors or security events.

We use this information to operate the website, diagnose technical problems, prevent misuse and investigate security incidents. We do not use it for advertising profiles.

Information you send by email

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message. This may include your name, email address, company, job title, telephone number, enquiry details and attachments.

We use that information to respond to your enquiry and manage the related correspondence or business discussions.

Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. There is no need to send identification documents, sensitive personal information or unrelated personal details.

Providing information by email is voluntary. However, we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal without sufficient contact and project information.

4. Why we process personal data and our legal bases

We process personal data for the following purposes:

Operating and securing the website: our legitimate interests in maintaining an accessible, reliable and secure company website, preventing misuse and resolving technical problems.

Responding to enquiries and communicating with business contacts: our legitimate interests in answering requests and maintaining business relationships. Where you personally ask us to take steps towards entering into a contract with you, processing may instead be necessary for those pre-contractual steps.

Meeting legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with an applicable legal requirement, including responding to valid data-protection requests.

Handling disputes: our legitimate interests in establishing, exercising or defending legal claims where necessary.

These bases correspond to Article 6(1)(f), Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, as applicable. We do not treat simply visiting the website as consent to unrelated processing. European Data Protection Board

5. Hosting and access to information

The website is hosted on servers in Lithuania provided by UAB “Interneto vizija”. Our hosting provider processes website data on our behalf to provide hosting and related technical services. Interneto vizija provides a data-processing agreement for these services. sutartys.iv.lt

Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel and service providers who need it for the purposes described in this policy. Depending on the activity, these may include hosting, email and technical-support providers.

We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers, courts or public authorities where necessary to meet legal obligations or handle legal claims.

We do not sell personal data or provide it to advertising companies for their marketing purposes.

6. Where information is processed

Our website hosting is located in Lithuania.

Email services and other technical providers may use separate infrastructure or authorised subcontractors. The location of the website server does not necessarily determine the location of every supporting service.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must be covered by an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. You may contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your data.

Interneto vizija’s published policy allows for processing outside the EEA in some circumstances; Lithuanian hosting should therefore not be described as a guarantee that all processing remains in Lithuania. Interneto vizija

7. How long we keep information

Ordinary enquiries: we retain correspondence for up to 12 months after the last substantive communication, unless the enquiry develops into an ongoing business relationship or there is a specific legal reason to retain relevant records longer.

Server access and security logs: routine logs are retained for 12 months after which they are deleted or overwritten under the applicable hosting configuration.

Security incidents and legal matters: relevant records may be retained beyond the routine period where needed to investigate an incident, comply with a legal obligation, or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Business records: where an enquiry leads to a contract, relevant correspondence may become part of our business records and be retained for the applicable contractual, accounting or legal purposes.

Personal data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Residual copies in backups are removed through the applicable backup-retention cycle and are not used for unrelated purposes. Retention rules must be supported by actual deletion procedures, not just published wording. European Data Protection Board

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking.

Technical cookies may be used in connection with functions such as authorised website administration and login. Further information is provided in our Cookie Policy.

9. Your rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing, or data portability where applicable.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

To exercise your rights, email info@ammopack.lt. We may request proportionate information to confirm your identity.

We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. Where legally permitted, this may be extended by up to two additional months; we will explain the extension within the initial month. Requests are normally free of charge. European Union

You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania — Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija (VDAI), or another competent supervisory authority. 10. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

These measures must be maintained in proportion to the nature of the information and the risks involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. External websites

Our website may contain links to external websites, including social-media pages. When you follow an external link, that website’s own privacy and cookie practices apply.
